IndeVets is on a mission to make veterinary medicine better. We partner with animal hospitals to provide them with a flexible, highly skilled team of veterinarians—our IndeVets—who deliver consistent, high-quality care. At the same time, we give our doctors the support, stability, and work-life balance they need to thrive. The result: happier doctors, healthier hospitals, and better medicine.
The Key Accounts Manager ensures the smooth operational execution of IndeVets’ Preferred Partnership programs with corporate veterinary groups. This mid-level individual contributor role is responsible for coordinating partner needs at the national, regional, and local levels, organizing cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timely follow-through, and building strong working relationships with regional leaders inside each partner organization.
The role requires operational excellence, clear communication, project management discipline, and leadership through influence. It is intentionally designed as a developmental path into people leadership.

About Us
Our HQ may be in Philadelphia, but we provide flexibility to work from your home office!
Doctor-driven and vet-led since day one, IndeVets was founded in 2017 to bring balance, fulfillment, and joy to veterinary medicine. In an industry burdened by extreme burnout, we’ve created new ways to work so veterinarians can achieve professional success without personal compromise. We empower vets with the freedom to build their own schedules, choosing when, where, and how they work at thousands of partner hospitals nationwide. Our associate vets receive deep-seated support and select roles tailored to their evolving needs. We are redefining the industry by growing the businesses of our partner hospitals with the best vets, who are once again fueled by passion for vet med. Officially certified as a Great Place to Work®.
