Join our team as a Veterinary Sourcer, where you'll play a crucial role in meeting our hiring goals and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively connect with highly skilled veterinarians through direct outreach, engaging social media, networking sites, and industry events to fill open positions across the U.S. Achieve hiring objectives by using a mix of direct outreach, referrals, and engagement strategies. 
  • Innovative Recruiting: Utilize cold outreach techniques to engage both passive and active candidates . Leverage the company's referral program, attend relevant trade shows and conferences, and explore new networking avenues to attract top talent. 
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the Director of Recruiting, Veterinary Success Team, and Marketing team to create compelling job advertisements that resonate with qualified veterinarians. Attend marketing events and contributing to branding efforts to boost candidate interest and awareness. 
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain  a pipeline of passive candidates through targeted recruitment marketing and strategic candidate engagement. Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager to deliver tailored messages and keep potential candidates engaged. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze candidate data using the company's ATS and CRM systems. Generate and present weekly reports to management, providing insights on candidate trends and recruitment performance. 
  • Market Research & Evaluation: Conduct research to identify and qualify potential candidates, including contact information, licensing, and social media presence. Assist with evaluating recruitment vendors and job board effectiveness. 
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the recruiting process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates. Conduct discovery calls, reference checks, and provide necessary information to facilitate recruitment. 
  • KPI Driven Environment Experience: Thrive in a high-activity recruitment Erecruitment environment including email, text, cold-call, pipeline follow up, and social media engagement, submission, etc. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in human resources, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of high-volume recruiting experience, with a strong track record of meeting hiring targets. Experience with actively sourcing candidates using social media, networking, and referrals is essential. Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and market research is a plus. Veterinary experience is a plus but not required. 
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and a willingness to leverage these for sourcing. Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and the ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS systems (iCIMS preferred) and HRIS platforms. Experience with CRM platforms like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Basic knowledge of employment laws related to recruiting and interviewing is advantageous.
